Building an Ownership Culture

Employee ownership is way more than a merely technical structure.  Giving employees shares or installing an Employee Benefits Trust will not, on their own, win the benefits enjoyed by successful employee owned businesses.  It is only when the company achieves an ownership culture that the real magic happens.

Employee-ownership represents a major change in the way employees understand their jobs, their companies, and, often, themselves. Ownership Culture Training seeks to encourage employee-owners to make a mental “paradigm shift” so they think, feel and act like owners.
