Carole was one of our initial contacts from the Employee Ownership Association and was the one with whom we had most contact during our transition. Carole’s involvement as an integral part of our team in our “Roadshow” programme of presentations to groups of employees in six depots around the North of England was invaluable and above and beyond what we expected.
